This is a wonderful small airport. You can get in and out within minutes, which I love. However, the TSA/security is where the problem lies. I’ve flown all over the world and fly in and out of Pasco multiple times a year. This is by far the most frustrating airport I’ve ever gone through security in. The TSA agents appear to be overstaffed and under worked. Multiple times I’ve had more entire suitcase torn apart just to pull out a bookmark with metal on it, extra coins I didn’t want to carry in my pocket, etc. If you are bringing luggage on board, be sure to have nothing questionable and your private items tucked away.
