If you need to get to US-10, which is north of the airport, a quick and safe way is to turn left as you exit the airport. Go to the stop sign (about 200 yards) and turn right. This will take you into Freeland. The problem with going right out of the airport is that Garfield Rd can be treacherous if there is snow or ice. Also, it is DARK at night. Going into Freeland is a safer bet.
