One Of The Easiest Airports In The World
JAN
Jackson is my hometown, and I returned during the holiday season. The baggage area was well-lit and the pick-up area for arriving passengers moved smoothly. Flying out was a pleasure, as there were ample number of TSA security personnel, and even at 5:00 am, friendly individuals selling breakfast. I flew Northwest Airlines, and they should also be commended for running a great operation.
JAN is not a huge airport, and is very easy to navigate around. Baggage claim is easy, gates are clearly marked and easy to find. The interstate is not hard to find. It’s probably one of the easiest airports in the world to find your way. Delta and Continental both fly out of JAN which are the 2 airlines I use most so it’s very easy for a connecting flight.
