Newcastle International airport (NCL) is a popular airport providing a link from the North and South of England and it is also an international gateway for residents living in the North of England and visitors to the area. Located 6.4 miles (10 km) from the metropolitan city of Newcastle it is the perfect airport for getting to and around the city and for visiting the spectacular Northumberland National park and Scottish borders. It represents the miners who worked in the North for 200 years and also is supposed to be a focus for visitor’s hopes and dream and the future.
