Please be ready to be ignored and to be given feeble excuses as to why there is no sense of urgency or customer service. I and many others were kept out of this terrible airport on a very cold February morning this year.We arrived at 05.00 to book in before the 0910 departure. With me, were some old people,who were very nervous and cold. The "security" were very unhelpful and were not concerned about the elders who were waiting outside. Common sense and humility would not allow old people to shiver outside in the cold,but these people had no shame. Once inside,at about 0600 we were then kept waiting for the x-ray person,to be ready. After waiting another 15 minutes, we the got to book in,only to be passed from one agent to another agent. I thought,that was slow but I hadn’t got to the incompetent imbeciles at immigration yet. They seemed to relish the fact that every one was tired and fed up and that we were all cursing them. Then we had a 15 minutes wait for the security to be bothered to do some work,by allowing us into the boarding area. Another annoying thing was the boarding of fit passengers before the elderly or people with infants. All in all a very bad experience, I thought Indra Gandhi airport was bad but I think AQT can be a no.1 contender.
