SKG is a relatively tiny airport but all facilities have just been renovated. Boarding / transportation to plane is done by small airport buses which unfortunately are not air conditioned. There are comfortable and safe parking facilities however they do not come cheap. There is a large restaurant / bistro at the top floor where you can enjoy the view but it’s definately not worth it as it’s very expensive for what it offers. Duty free shops have a vast variety of Tobacco / liquer / perfums which is good and prices are excellent. I’d recommend that!!! There is GPRS access in the area and 3G networking. Business lounge is pretty basic and not worth visiting really. By the way as SKG is the 2nd biggest airport in Greece and comprises of a passenger as well as a military airport so photography is strictly prohibited in the whole area.
