Paya Lebar (QPG) is a Royal Singapore Air Force Base. If you don’t have official business on the base you won’t get on.

Airport Now A Monument

The airport ceased operations in the 80s when the operations moved to Singapore Changi International Airport. The runway is now a common road, while the sea-plane runway is demolished. The airport building is now used to house People’s Association. But the road near the building is still called Airport Road.
